Job summary

TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care while coordinating with physicians and the health care team. A BSN within 5 years of hire is encouraged.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and the ability to support complex clinical pathways. Competitive benefits and shift differentials are offered.

Qualifications

• BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers) is required.
• Registered Nurse license and current competencies.
• New hires must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Preferred: membership in related professional organization; 1+ year acute care experience or 2+ years part-time.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments and documents findings.
• Plans and implements care based on assessment and standards of care; coordinates with healthcare team.
• Educates patients and families and participates in discharge planning.
• Delivers safe, age-appropriate nursing care and delegates tasks as needed.
