Trios Health in Kennewick is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intensive Care Unit. The RN will plan and coordinate patient care, ensuring quality and safety in line with departmental standards. Responsibilities include utilizing specialized interventions and directly impacting patient wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license is required.

• Must possess BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications.

Wage scale: $40.81 - $75.65 per hour

Department/Unit Summary

The registered nurse (RN) plans, coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the Intensive Care Unit. The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the assigned unit and the organization. They remain flexible to changing systems - are expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treat staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.

• 2:1 Ratio
• 12 Hour Shifts
