Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital in Cleveland, OH is seeking an RN to join the ICU team in a 10-bed unit. This role focuses on direct patient care, collaboration, and advancing patient experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program (Diploma/ADN/BSN), 1+ year acute care RN experience (or licensed military RN), and active RN license with BLS certification. Full-time daytime shift with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN).
• 1+ year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience.
• Current state RN licensure and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
