Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced ICU nurse to provide high-quality care in our Mesa, AZ-based ICU units. You will triage, monitor, and manage critically ill patients, document progress, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, effective treatment.

The role requires an active RN license with ICU experience and a willingness to work on-site, with ACLS/BLS certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with ICU or critical care experience.
• ACLS certification preferred; BLS certification preferred.
• Proven ability to monitor, triage, and manage critically ill patients in ICU.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation standards.
• Strong infection control practices and patient safety adherence.
• On-site presence and rapid response capability for emergencies.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to triage, monitor, and manage critical patients.
• Assess patient conditions, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and adjust plans per protocol and physician orders.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care.
• Document procedures, patient progress, and outcomes in electronic health records.
• Ensure on-site presence and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in quality initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior staff; demonstrate willingness to learn and grow.
• Meet performance targets using pipelines and contribute to territory readiness.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans, procedures, and discharge needs.
