Talented Medical Solutions in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit to provide comprehensive care for critically ill adults needing continuous monitoring and life support. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.

Requirements include an RN license in Arizona, BLS and ACLS, and an Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing. 1–2 years of CCU/ICU or med-surg experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 1-2 years of critical care or med-surg nursing experience preferred.
• RN license in state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs continuous assessment and monitoring of critically ill patients, including hemodynamic and ventilator management.
• Administers medications, titrates vasoactive drips, and manages complex treatment plans per physician orders.
• Responds to emergent changes in patient condition, including cardiac and respiratory arrest.
• Collaborates with physicians, respiratory therapy, and other disciplines on plan of care.
• Provides education and emotional support to patients and families during critical illness.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and patient response in the electronic medical record.
