Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU (Kings Mills Hospital). The role supports critical care patients during evening/night shifts, with a 36-hour workweek and a strong emphasis on teamwork and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities include assessing patient status, developing care plans, administering medications safely, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS Basic Life Support or ACLS required or preferred at hire; ACLS to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• PALS preferred at hire; required in lieu of BLS/ACLS for Pediatric Units.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conducts and analyzes initial and ongoing patient assessment, creates a plan of care, implements treatment, and evaluates treatment effectiveness.
• Synthesizes and prioritizes information to take evidence-based, patient-focused action.
• Anticipates and responds to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Administer medications safely per state practice and organizational policies.
