Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU assignment in Quincy, IL. The position requires heavy cardiac and trauma care experience, CRRT familiarity, and capability to work within a Level I/II trauma center environment.

You will titrate critical medications, monitor complex patients, and collaborate with a hospitalist team. 12-hour night shifts, three per week, with weekend/holiday rotation and 24/7 support services on site.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications.
• Experience with CRRT (prismaflex) and with rotaprone and TTM - Arctic Sun.
• Familiar with mass transfusions and frequent paralysis.
• ECMO experience is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Interpret bedside monitors and telemetry; respond to critical changes.
• Titrate drips and sedation (Precedex, vasopressors, anti-arrhythmics).
• Work three 12-hour shifts starting at 7:00 with weekend and holiday rotation.
• Coordinate care with hospitalists/intensivists and respiratory therapy 24/7.
