Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for ICU coverage. The 32-bed unit operates with a 2:1 patient ratio and uses Meditech for documentation. The schedule includes three 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends, and nurses may float to similar units as needed.

Candidates should have advanced hemodynamic and ventilator management skills and prior trauma, stroke, and post-op care experience. The unit is a Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level 1 Trauma Center.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced hemodynamic and ventilator management skills.
• Experience with trauma patient management and IV vasoactive medications administration.
• Experience with chest tube placement, ventilator management, post-op care, and cardiac rhythm identification.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU nursing care in a 32-bed unit with a 2:1 patient ratio.
• Schedule requires three 12-hour shifts with every other weekend or four weekends in 4 weeks.
• Nurses may float to similar units as hospital needs require.
• Documentation is performed in Meditech.
• Unit is a Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level 1 Trauma Center.
