The MRICU at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI is a 24-bed adult ICU providing highly skilled nursing care within a multidisciplinary team including intensivists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and care management.

The unit emphasizes ongoing education and professional growth for nurses. Applicants should have at least 1 year of adult inpatient acute care experience, a valid RN license in Wisconsin, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Candidates must have at least 1 year of RN experience.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to maintain a safe patient environment and high-quality care across the continuum.
