Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse for the ICU. This full-time night shift offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and the opportunity to contribute to exceptional patient outcomes within a collaborative, community-focused environment.

As an RN in our ICU, you will work with a dedicated team using state-of-the-art technology to deliver holistic, patient-centered care across the lifespan, including opportunities for professional growth and engagement

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from a nursing program.
• Two years of ICU experience required.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS Certification is required. Must obtain certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• ACLS Certification is required. Must obtain certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients.
• He/she functions within the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.
• The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
