Job summary

Harris Regional Hospital in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU to join our 9-bed unit. You will provide critical care, perform assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians and care teams on a 3x12 night schedule.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new grads and $20,000 for experienced RNs with a 2-year commitment, along with comprehensive benefits, tuition assistance, and a strong focus on professional development.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina or compact state RN license required.
• Associate's degree required; BSN preferred.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• One year of ICU or acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide age-appropriate care and document medical necessity.
• Revise and contribute to the Interdisciplinary Care Plan.
• Perform timely QA assessments.
