Job summary

TriHealth's Good Sam Hospital in Cincinnati is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-acuity respiratory care across inpatient and outpatient settings, including ventilator management and ABG analysis.

This full-time night position requires graduation from an approved program and Ohio RCP licensure, with 1–2 years of experience preferred. The role includes weekend/holiday rotations, a $30K sign-on bonus with 2-year commitment, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved respiratory therapy program.
• 1–2 years experience in a related field preferred.
• Current NBRC Registry or RRT upon hire.
• Current Ohio licensure as Respiratory Care Practitioner upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Document and update work lists and submit charges by the end of the shift.
• Ventilator management for neonates to adults.
• Manage the Respiratory Evaluation Protocol Program.
• Assist in airway management and oxygen titration; perform ABGs and related tests.
