Job summary

TriHealth’s Bethesda North Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-acuity care across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will manage ventilators, assist in cardiac surgery recovery, and participate in ABG procurement and bedside pulmonary testing, while supporting education for RT students.

The role requires graduation from an approved program, 1–2 years of related experience, BLS certification, and Ohio RCP licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of advance cardiopulmonary physiology and relevant pharmacology.
• BLS certification required (NBRC Registry or RRT on hire).
• Current Ohio licensure as Respiratory Care Practitioner on hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs documentation, updates work lists, and submits charges.
• Ventilator management for neonates to adults.
• Manage Respiratory Evaluation Protocol Program.
• May perform airway management and oxygen titration.
• Administer respiratory therapies and diagnostic modalities as needed.
