You will collaborate with the healthcare team, perform patient assessments, ensure safety, and contribute to quality initiatives while delivering compassionate care to diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, ACLS certifications required.
• 0-2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and patient care documentation.
• Administer aerosolized medications and perform ventilator management.
• Collaborate with health care team in planning patient care.
• Educate patients and mentor new staff.
• Promote safety and quality in the clinical environment.
• Support invasive and non-invasive procedures as needed.
• Ensure accurate electronic orders, charting and charging.
• Comply with policies and code of conduct.
