Qualifications

• 0-2 years clinical experience with critical care exposure.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork.
• Competent with patient assessment and care documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care and documentation in accordance with orders.
• Administers aerosolized medications, airway therapies and respiratory care protocols.
• Performs ventilator management, weaning and waveform interpretation.
• Educates patients, families, and students; mentors staff and new employees.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to plan and coordinate care.
• Maintains safety, charting, and compliance with policy.
