Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, quality patient care through assessment, therapy planning, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Manage ventilators, airway management, and arterial blood gas sampling.
• Educate patients, families, and staff; mentor new employees and students.
• Maintain documentation, medication safety, and adherence to performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist with invasive and non-invasive procedures and pulmonary diagnostic testing.
