Qualifications
Current Washington State Registered Nurse license or valid multistate license.

Current ACLS certification.
Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and staff selection for Resource Team employees.
Collaborate with the Staff Development liaison to develop individualized orientation plans for new employees.
Provide feedback and guidance to staff regarding performance.
