Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (ICU Resource Team) to provide expert, flexible critical care support across multiple intensive care units, caring for high-acuity patients with complex needs.

You will perform advanced assessments, manage ventilators and IV infusions, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong critical care knowledge and advanced assessment skills.
• Proficiency managing ventilators and continuous infusions.
• Ability to act decisively during high-acuity emergencies.
• Effective communication and teamwork in fast-paced ICU settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced patient assessments and critical-care evaluations.
