Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking an experienced ICU/critical care nurse to provide evidence-based care for critically ill patients. You will assess patients continuously, manage medications and infusions, and provide ventilator and hemodynamic support.

You will participate in codes and rapid responses, mentor newer staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while advancing quality and safety initiatives and infection prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Strong ICU/critical care assessment and monitoring skills.
• Proficiency with infusion, ventilator, and hemodynamic support.
• Ability to lead during urgent code/rapid response situations.
• Effective teamwork and communication with multidisciplinary teams.
