Job summary

Health Here is seeking a Critical Care Registered Nurse (ICU) to provide high-acuity nursing care in ICU and critical care settings. The role involves performing complex patient assessments, administering medications, and managing ventilators, drips, and other critical therapies.

You will respond quickly to changes in patient condition and deliver safe, effective care while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment plans and uphold infection control

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in good standing.
• Strong critical care/ICU judgment and advanced assessment skills.
• Proficiency with ventilator management and critical medication administration.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced interdisciplinary environment.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Accurate EMR documentation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and continuously monitor critically ill patients.
• Administer medications and manage IV/infusion drips and ventilator support.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment plans.
• Follow strict infection control practices and all compliance standards.
• Document care accurately and timely in the EMR.
• Maintain patient safety during high-acuity, rapidly changing clinical situations.
