Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong ICU/critical care experience and clinical judgment.
• Ability to manage complex therapies (e.g., vasoactive infusions, ventilator support).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert bedside nursing across multiple ICUs.
• Titrate vasoactive drips based on hemodynamic status.
• Manage ventilators and support respiratory care.
• Respond rapidly to clinical changes, including emergencies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver patient-centered care.
