Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with medical staff to deliver safe, high-quality care. Grow professionally in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an acute care hospital setting.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly revise them.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse effects.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and interventions.
• Evaluate care plans and adjust to improve outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care to team members.
• Engage in performance improvement to enhance patient care.
• Respond to code situations promptly and effectively.
