AdventHealth in Lenexa, KS seeks a Charge Nurse for the Progressive Care and ICU Weekend Work Program (Nights). You will coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology and anesthesia, develop individualized care plans, monitor progress, and ensure safe, high-quality nursing services.

Eligible clinicians may earn salary increases up to 20% through the Clinical Ladder, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing education in a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• RN with active license.
• Experience in acute care and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across departments (PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, anesthesia).
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists and other providers.
• Manage daily schedules and staffing to ensure appropriate coverage.
