Job summary

Endeavor Health in Highland Park, IL is seeking an RN - ICU for part-time hours (24 per week) from 7am to 7:30pm with rotating weekends. You will provide nursing care across patient populations, use the nursing process to plan and evaluate care, maintain regulatory compliance, and guide unlicensed personnel.

The role emphasizes safety and delivering high-quality patient experiences in a Magnet-designated environment.

Qualifications

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• Education: BSN degree preferred.
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Experience: Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
