Riverside Doctors' Hospital Williamsburg in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Labor Pool for night shifts in the ICU. This part-time posting requires flexibility to cover a minimum of three shifts per month and offers the opportunity to work across critical care/telemetry units within Riverside Health System.

Competenze

• Bachelors Degree / Associates Degree / Program Graduate, Nursing (required).
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• ACLS Provider required within 90 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs and plan care.
• Develop, implement and evaluate plan of care with patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure safe transitions.
• Educate patients and families, customize education and discharge instructions.
