Responsibilities

• Deliver ICU nursing care including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and patient education.
• Communicate with health care team members, patients, and families.
• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues.
• Update and manage patient records; input and interpret data.
• Follow guidelines and policies established by BMCHS nursing department.
• Assist leadership in quality improvement projects.
