Job summary
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) invites experienced RNs to join the ICU team at St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur, IL. This full-time night-shift position offers a 3x12 schedule (5:45 PM – 6:15 AM) with every other weekend rotation and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.
Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers ready to apply critical care knowledge in a fast-paced environment. New grads are welcome to apply and must hold an RN license in the state of practice.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program eligible for licensure.
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Critical Care Nursing experience preferred.
