Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) in Illinois is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the ICU team at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon. This night shift role runs 7pm–7am, 36 hours weekly, providing hands-on critical care and coordinating bedside patient care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and RN licensure in the state. BSN preferred; BLS required, ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in state of practice (Illinois)
• BSN preferred; bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable based on patient population
• CCRN and CEN preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on critical care nursing in the ICU
• Coordinate and deliver bedside patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

Skills
