Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge in Colorado is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in telemetry/stepdown/PCU settings. You will work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans and educate patients and families.

The role requires an RN license (Colorado DORA or multi-state), BLS and ACLS, and at least 6 months of Telemetry/Stepdown/PCU experience.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma is required.
• RN license in Colorado DORA or multi-state is required.
• RN experience of 6 months in Telemetry/Stepdown/PCU is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Performs procedures and documents care in the medical record.
• Teaches patients and families about condition, plan, meds, and self-management.
• Teaches non-medicinal follow-up measures and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and outcomes.
