Job summary

HCA HealthONE in Colorado is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Neuro ICU. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team in accordance with state standards and department guidelines.

The role requires ACLS/BLS, a Colorado DORA or multi-state RN license, and ICU/acute care experience. Stepdown/PCU exposure is a plus. Comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth are included.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Colorado DORA or multi-state RN license required.
• 1 year ICU/acute care experience preferred.
• Experience in stepdown/PCU ICU settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered ICU nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and patient response to treatment.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the ICU.
