Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Sunnyvale is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to independently deliver direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit using the nursing process. You will collaborate with a care team to develop and implement a comprehensive plan addressing patient and family needs.

The role requires Texas RN licensure, 2+ years of critical care, and current BLS/ACLS certifications; CCRN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with Texas RN license.
• Two+ years of recent critical care experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with health care professionals to develop a care plan.
• Document encounters accurately and protect patient information.
• Lead and educate team members; ensure safety and patient rights.
