Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or higher; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in Critical Care.
• California RN license; ACLS/BLS certification preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred; EMR experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide 12-hour patient care planning and coordination.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Document in IPOC and follow Watson Model of Care.
• Communicate handoffs using SBAR and collaborate with care team.
• Coordinate discharge planning and interdisciplinary care.
