Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit in the United States. The role provides comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adults requiring continuous monitoring and life support, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, BLS and ACLS, with a college degree in nursing and 1–2 years of critical care or med-surg experience. CCRN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license in state of practice required; BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 1-2 years of critical care or med-surg nursing experience preferred; CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs continuous assessment and monitoring of critically ill patients, including hemodynamic and ventilator management.
• Administers medications, titrates vasoactive drips, and manages complex treatment plans per physician orders.
• Responds to emergent changes in patient condition, including cardiac and respiratory arrest.
• Collaborates with physicians, respiratory therapy, and other disciplines on plan of care.
• Provides education and emotional support to patients and families during critical illness.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and patient response in the electronic medical record.

Job Summary

Provides comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients requiring continuous monitoring and life support. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care for patients with complex, unstable conditions in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.

Education & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of critical care or med-surg nursing experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN license in state of practice (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
