Job summary

Mercy Health in Fairfield seeks an experienced RN to join the ICU team at Fairfield Hospital. You will assess and manage care for critically ill patients, lead care planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio RN license, BLS/ACLS (PALS for pediatrics preferred), and at least 1 year of RN experience in ICU/critical care. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a faith-based environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS if pediatric units, preferred at hire.
• 1 year of RN experience required; 6 months in Med/Surg/ICU/ED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and determine priority of problems.
• Develop and implement patient care plans to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care.
• Administer medications safely per policy and state regulations.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for critically ill patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
