Job summary

St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, part of Bon Secours Mercy Health, seeks an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional critical care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and respond to rapidly changing conditions.

Requirements include RN license, 1 year of RN experience, and BLS; ACLS and PALS are preferred or required within timelines. BSN is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure active in the state of Ohio
• 1 year RN experience required; 6 months in critical care settings preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred within 6 months of hire; PALS preferred or required for pediatric units

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
• Assess patient status and create a care plan; implement and evaluate treatment
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures
• Adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — preferred
