Requirements include RN licensure in Ohio, BSN preferred, and 1 year of RN experience with CCU/Med/Surg exposure. ACLS/PALS preferred; employer-provided benefits and on-site shifts available.

Qualifications

• RN license current in the state of practice.
• 1 year RN experience required; 6 months in Med/Surg, CCU, Stepdown, or ED preferred.
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred or must obtain as required by unit/hire date.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Assess patient status and develop care plans; implement and evaluate interventions.
• Administer medications safely following policy and practice standards.
• Provide leadership and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for critical care patients.
