Job summary

Mercy Health – Youngstown Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU to lead patient care in a high-acuity environment. You will assess status, prioritize needs, and coordinate interventions with the interprofessional team.

BSN preferred but not required; current RN licensure and BLS/ACLS are expected (ACLS within 6 months). Minimum 1 year of RN experience, with 6 months in Med/Surg/ICU settings preferred. Competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS Basic Life Support or ACLS (ACLS required within 6 months of hire)
• 1 year of RN experience (required)
• 6 months RN experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department (preferred)

• Develop and perform patient care plans to improve outcomes
