Job summary

Mercy Health in Ohio is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for the Tiffin Hospital campus. The RN will deliver comprehensive critical care, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and develop and execute patient care plans to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessment, prioritization, and evidence-based interventions with a focus on patient safety and comfort. The role requires current RN licensure and 1 year of RN experience, with ICU/critical care experience

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 1 year of RN experience required
• 6 months RN experience in ICU/Med/Surg/ED units preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to ICU patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to develop care plans
• Assess patient status, determine priorities, and implement interventions
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures
• Create and evaluate plans to improve patient outcomes
