Requirements include Florida RN licensure, a nursing diploma/ASN (BSN preferred), and strong critical care experience. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and board certs are expected within stated timelines.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license required; compact license acceptable with FL RN active within 60 days.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Critical care/rapid response experience preferred in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for critically ill patients.
• Instruct patients and families on medications and treatment.
• Maintain and review patients' records including tests and results.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
