Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for ICU PRN shifts in Colorado. The role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, educate families, and ensure accurate documentation. A Colorado DORA or multi-state license and current BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support BLS.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS.
• (RN) Registered Nurse Colorado DORA or Multi State.
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
• RN experience of 6 months minimum required in Telemetry/Stepdown/PCU.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Documents nursing care in the patient record in a timely manner.
• Educates patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow-up.
• Promotes evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery and outcomes.
