Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure required.
• Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care activities to ensure safe and effective drug therapy.
• Coordinate and oversee delivery of pharmaceutical services.
• Provide monitoring and intervention in therapeutics to optimize outcomes.
• Serve as a resource to ICU and other areas for clinical pharmacotherapy.
• Precept residents and students and maintain ASHP prerequisites.
• Educate medical staff and healthcare providers on medication use and safety.
