Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual aspects.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain accurate patient charts and use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
