Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• RN License in state of employment.
• Physical requirements: medium work, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs and plan interventions.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform interventions including IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and communicate using IT systems.
• Promote safety and advocate for patient health and rights; educate patients and families.
