Job summary

Texas Health Fort Worth – 1301 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104 – seeks a Registered Nurse for the Resource/Float Pool in ICU/PCU. Full-time, nights (3x12h) with weekends/holidays required. Includes a dynamic Magnet facility with strong leadership and growth opportunities.

Requires nursing diploma or ASN; BSN preferred, 1 year RN experience or residency, active RN license, and BCLS/ACLS; CPI and NIHSS per unit policy. Central Staffing supports staffing and education.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 1-year experience as RN or completion of RN residency program required.
• ICU/PCU experience in acute care hospital setting strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care to patients using Nursing Process; assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate.
• Initiates information needs for patients and families.
• Maintains continuity of care across shifts and transfers.
