Texas Health Dallas is hosting a Registered Nurse Float Pool Virtual Hiring Event for ICU and PCCU nurses. Full-time nights, 36 hours weekly, with weekend/holiday requirements. Orientation at corporate Arlington office within first 1–5 days.

Float to Rapid Response Team and opportunities for growth. We require Texas RN license, 1 year RN experience or completion of RN residency, ICU/PCCU or Telemetry/Med Surg strongly preferred, and BCLS/ACLS within stated timelines.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or degree required; RN licensure in Texas at hire
• 1 year RN experience or completion of RN residency required
• 1 year ICU, PCCU, Telemetry, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• BCLS and ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire; NRP/NRPA within 90 days for float areas
• Strong confidentiality, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in ICU/PCCU and float to different units
• Respond to patient needs while maintaining safety and privacy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
• Engage families and caregivers in care plans and education
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
