Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) for the ICU night shift. Under RN/LPN supervision, you provide hands-on patient care and essential support to help patients achieve their wellness goals.

The role includes phlebotomy, wound care, enteral feedings, IV/ Foley care, and assistance with meals, hygiene, and mobility. No experience required; 175-hour PCA training is available; CNA/CPTC preferred. Night shift includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA/CPTC certification or enrollment in a healthcare program preferred.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record vital signs in the EMR.
• Assist patients with meals, hygiene, toileting, ambulation, and transport.
• Phlebotomy and blood cultures.
• Enteral feedings; wound care.
• IV/Foley removal; tracheostomy care as applicable.
