UNMH is hiring immediate Patient Care Technicians across multiple units including ICUs, PCU, ED and PACU. Both Full Time and Part Time opportunities are available with Day and Night shifts offered.

Base rate starts at 15.97 per hour for PCT I up to 23.32 per hour for PCT IV, with 17% Weekday Nights, 26% Weekend Nights, and 15% Weekend Day shift differentials. Positions span units such as Progressive Care Units, Coronary Care Subacute, Inpatient Admission, Oncology, Family Medicine Inpatient, Gen

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certificate required for the role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish considered a plus; 6 months patient care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct, non-invasive patient care and support services.
• Interview patients, take vital signs, and assist with activities of daily living.
• Transport patients and aid orientation of new staff; document in EMR.
• Observe patients and ensure safety; participate in routine care per unit protocols.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Support development through training and ongoing safety protocols.
