Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a patient care area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift operations and patient flow.
• Lead daily transition rounds and supervise staff assignments.
• Mentor staff through coaching and preceptorship while upholding care standards.
• Promote effective communication within the care team.
