Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Good communication in person and over the phone
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and patient data entry

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and maintains clerical functions on a designated unit.
• Greet patients/visitors and answer calls with professional service.
• Complete worklist tasks triggered by physician orders or nurse tasks under supervision.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN direction.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, clean environment for assigned patients.
