Job summary

Banner Gateway Oncology ICU in Gilbert, Arizona seeks a dedicated PCA to support oncology patients on a 24-bed unit. You will deliver routine patient care, document in medical records, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

This full-time DAY shift includes three 12-hour shifts (6:30am–7:00pm) with a rotating weekends/holidays schedule. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for licensed CNA/LNA.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or LNA license in good standing.
• Ability to perform activities of daily living with patients.
• Capable of accurate data collection and vital signs monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine patient care to promote comfort and contribute to the patient plan of care.
• Collects patient data (vital signs, input/output) and documents in medical records.
• Assists in transportation of patient specimens and supports unit operations.
